The lawyer will deduct his fee (DKK 1,295 + VAT) and the government fee (DKK 670) from the initial equity. YOU CAN SPEND YOUR EQUITY FOR BUSINESS EXPENSES
You can then start using equity to run your business. The money can be used to pay for expenses and does not have to be kept in a bank account once the business registration is complete. However, there are rules to follow when it comes to the costs you can incur. They must be actual company expenses - and owners are not allowed to withdraw money from the company account for themselves - unless they are reimbursed for company expenses they paid, in which case they receive a salary or dividend.
